Principal Jon Wollmuth

Jon brings over 30 years of experience in education, including 15 years as an elementary school principal and 13 years of national and international classroom teaching experience. Most recently, Jon has served as the principal of Island Park Elementary in Mercer Island, Washington. 

Jon's educational journey began right here in Oregon. He served as principal of Middleton and Archer Glen Elementary Schools in Sherwood, Oregon, and taught fifth and sixth grades in Lake Oswego and Tigard-Tualatin School Districts. His passion for education led him to venture abroad for new experiences at the International School of Zug & Luzern in Switzerland.

Jon holds a professional administrator licensure from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, an initial administrator licensure from Willamette University in Salem, a Master of Arts in Teaching from Pacific University in Forest Grove, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Oregon in Eugene.
